1-exterior pier

Exterior piers are used when the footing or perimeter of your home has settled due to unstable soil. The piers are installed from the perimeter of your home. A round, helical steel pier is installed using a hydraulic machine. Minimal damage to landscaping can be expected as the work is completed and your yard is returned as closely as possible to its original design.

2- POLYURETHANE FOAM

Polyurethane foam injections involve drilling nickel-sized injection holes into the concrete foundation and filling the voids underneath with an earth friendly polyurethane that lifts the settling concrete foundation.  Polyurethane Foam injections are our least invasive process for foundation repair inside the home with the smallest amount of damage to preserve existing floor coverings. Most repairs can be completed in just one day.

3- INTERIOR PIER

Interior piers are used when an interior portion of the home has settled due to unstable soil. These piers must be installed from inside your home. A small portion of flooring and concrete is removed (approximately 2’x2′) and the helical steel pier is installed through the opening. The area is then filled in with concrete and ready for the flooring to be repaired. The homeowner is responsible for replacing the flooring.

4- NEW CONSTRUCTION

We will work alongside your architect, engineer or general contractor to maximize pier spacing and performance. Our helical piers can be devised to resist or support any load or application and installation is fast. There is no concrete curing time and predefined capacities are predictable, putting you in control. New Construction Piers should be considered when constructing additions and add-ons to existing structures. Installing piers prior to building can ensure the foundation won’t fail in the future. 

5- FRENCH DRAIN

A French Drain is a series of ditches lined with rocks or gravel used to draw water away from an area. It is used to protect the foundation of a house from ground and surface water that does not drain properly on its own. Using the forces of gravity, French Drains are installed down from the area to be drained to an area that can support the redirected water.

6- ROOT BARRIER

Since trees surrounding your home can each absorb 100 to 600 gallons of water each day, they definitely impact the expansion and contraction of the soil around and under the foundation. A Root Barrier is a physical separator between tree roots and the soil you don’t want them to infiltrate. It diverts roots downward, decreasing the moisture levels around your home.
