Proven Technology for the Life of Your Home

1- Exterior Pier

Exterior piers are used when the footing or perimeter of your home has settled due to unstable soil. The piers are installed from the perimeter of your home. A round, helical steel pier is installed using a hydraulic machine. Minimal damage to landscaping can be expected as the holes are filled in and your yard is returned to its original position.

2- Polyurethane foam

Polyurethane foam injections involve drilling nickel-sized injection holes into the concrete foundation and filling the voids underneath with an earth friendly polyurethane that lifts the settling concrete foundation. We utilize this non-destructive and extremely effective concrete leveling solution to keep cost and homeowner inconvenience to a minimum. Polyurethane Foam injections are our least invasive process for foundation repair inside the home with the smallest amount of damage to preserve existing floor coverings. Most repairs can be completed in just one day.

3- Interior Pier

Interior piers are used when an interior portion of the home hsa settled due to unstable soil. These piers must be installed from inside your home. A small portion of flooring and concrete is removed (approximately 2’x2′) and the helical steel pier is installed through the opening. The area is then filled in with concrete and ready for the flooring to be repaired. The homeowner is responsible for replacing the flooring.

4- New Construction

We will work alongside your architect, engineer or general contractor to maximize pier spacing and performance. Our helical piers can be devised to resist or support any load or application and installation is fast. There is no concrete curing time and predefined capacities are predictable, putting you in control. New Construction Piers should be considered when constructing additions and add-ons to existing structures. Installing piers prior to building can ensure the foundation won’t fail in the future.

5- French Drain

A French Drain is a series of ditches lined with rocks or gravel used to draw water away from an area. It is used to protect the foundation of a house from ground and surface water that does not drain properly on its own. Using the forces of gravity, French Drains are installed down from the area to be drained to an area that can support the redirected water.

6- Root Barrier

Since trees surrounding your home can each absorb 100 to 600 gallons of water each day, they definitely impact the expansion and contraction of the soil around and under the foundation. A Root Barrier is a physical separator between tree roots and the soil you don’t want them to infiltrate. It diverts roots downward, decreasing the moisture levels around your home.

Very unresponsive to their customers. Was recommended to them by our realtor However I certainly would not recommend them to anyone else due to how they falsely tell you told me they would call me back several times.

Foundation work is scary, right? Well, it was for me! Being from Paris, Texas originally I wanted to use a name I was familiar with, and knew of someone with previous experience. I live 2 hours from Paris now and worried there would be a fee for this, and that. Paul showed up, gave me a precise quote, explained every step, gave recommendations, and reassurance. The day of the job the crew showed up exactly when expected, worked continuously until the job was completed. Multiple times throughout the job the gentleman asks me to come inspect the work, explaining every step. The results are mind blowing. I could not have asked for a better experience for such an uneasy situation. Hands down, call PowerJack Foundation when, or if, you are ever faced with Foundation problems.

They do not honor their warranty, their work is horrible & this is not trust worthy company. Story: I have them go give me an estimate to level my house. They said my house just need 6 piers to raise the left side up & they have lifetime warranty for their work. After they put in the piers. The area where they put the piers is still 1.5" some part is 2" lower than the rest of the house. I called them multiple times to come fix, but they just said they will get back with me but never did. I called them again & again and they finally said to fix it I have to put more piers all around the house even at the area that are already high and will charge additional $13k for the work. My lesson: if you are in the same situation, save all the invoice, warranty document, have another company evaluate your foundation & bring them to court.

I tried to make an appointment for an estimate, after two emails they stopped responding and never gave me a time or date for the appointment. Weeks later I received a text message asking why I wasn't at home, as they showed up at my home with no warning. Since they didn't have the courtesy to make an appointment, or call and give me a heads up, I decided not to use their service. It seemed very unprofessional.

Calling Power Jack in Paris TX was the BEST thing I ever did. They shot foam that leveled our house however, due to a drainage issue the house became unleveled again. They fully backed their warranty and came back to fix the problem. I can't say enough good things about the staff (especially Jack, Jim, Alberto and Mason). Everyone is truly professional and treats you like you are their only customer! I wish all companies were as professional and caring as these folks are. If you have drainage issues or foundation issues I highly recommend calling them. They will not only fix your problem but do HONOR their warranty!

DO NOT TRUST THE QUOTES!! Horrible customer service. My husband called for a quote on a foundation. Was quoted 24k....yes you read correctly 24k on a small 1560 sq ft house. My husband quickly reached out to the general manager to clarify the bid. And was told yeah they over bid when they don't want to take small jobs. Understandably, my husband informed the GM that was not good customer service and he was going to write a review....and get this y'all...the GM told him to go online and be a little girl about it and write your review. So here we are telling all y'all what you can expect. DO NOT TRUST THE QUOTES!!!

PowerJack was really great about communicating exactly what they would do for our house. The situation: Gutters were missing from our house when we moved in, and it had lost quite a bit of dirt around the foundation in years past. After the heavy rainfall began, we began seeing some cracks in some of our walls. We had heard good things about PowerJack and their special helix pier system. We received a free quote from PowerJack several years prior but hadn't needed work at that time. But since the rain came, we found the foundation was in pretty good shape otherwise but the back porch area had started sloping about 3/8ths of an inch. The day of the job: They came with a knowledgeable working crew and all their equipment. The job was done extremely well. The size of those beefy piers they put in really gives us confidence that our back porch is now stable. They were very professional, with good communication between us, and the foreman on the job. Afterward, they cleaned the area and deposited the dirt they dug (that they had placed on a polyvinyl sheet) where we had indicated, rinsed off the windows, and the extra spatters of concrete. The area where they had installed piers was left with a smooth finish, unlike most patch places in concrete I've seen. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs of this kind to be done by this company. They have a transferable warranty for the life of your home, which is great to know! A truly superior job! These guys really know what they're doing!

If I could give a negative review I would. I got charged 1700 dollars for a job that would probably cost 300 tops. They left rotten floor joist attached to new wood that was replaced, they failed to support a load bearing wall, left a 16' gap with no support. I called and asked for an itemized bill 2 weeks ago and they said they'd get back to me on Monday. That was 2 weeks ago, haven't heard from them. 3/4 of the things that were suppose to be done were not and what was done was done shotty. I want my money back! I have pictures if anyone would like to see what 1700 dollars looks like. I could go on about more of my experience with powerjack of Paris but the more I write the more upset and ripped off I feel.

We had Paul (owner) come out last year to give us a quote since we had no idea as to what costs we might have to pay. He was very polite on the phone and called when he was near and was on time for the appointment. He came in, checked the house, inside then out, then came in and discussed. Sent me the quote a day later. Nearly a year (to the date) later, I called him back out for a requote, and he quoted the same (I was happy). The crew was out for the next 2 full days and upon completion, you couldn't tell they were there save for the cracks outside in the bricks going away and the dirt they brought in to prevent standing water near the house. They also replaced a few boards on my back deck that they removed to add a few piers. Crew was very professional and was constantly working. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend their services!

We waited TWO WEEKS for someone to come out and evaluate a foundation. Every day they promised they would come out and everyday a different excuse. This is NOT good customer service. If they can't even show up for an evaluation and quote, what do you think will happen when they /if they start the job.

These guys are so great! They were easy to work with and so courteous! And while other companies charge a pretty hefty fee to switch your warranty and try to find a way to void it, Power Jack honors their word and their work. Thanks so much for being a company that homeowners can trust!

Excellent company Excellent customer service They jacked our house up four years ago in the middle of that terrible drought. After the heavy rains this spring our house needed some readjusting. They came out and took care of it without any hassle. Fast friendly service even after all that time. I love a company that stands by its warranty .
